WESTCHASE COMMUNITY & VOLUNTEERS

Westchase is a picturesque community perfectly located near Tampa International Airport, the Westshore Business District and downtown Tampa. Pinellas County’s and its beaches are a short drive away.

The master-planned, deed-restricted community encompasses over 2,000 acres with hundreds of acres dedicated to nature preservation. Each of Westchase’s distinct neighborhoods have special architectural features. A great sense of community is fostered at the community’s swim and tennis centers, playgrounds, sports fields, recreation center, nature trails, picnic pavilions, and shopping centers.

Westchase’s clubs and recreation opportunities are a favorite of more than just residents. The Westchase Golf Club, an 18-hole public course draws golfers throughout Hillsborough County while the swim and tennis centers cater to Westchasers and residents in the surrounding area. These centers have tennis courts and an array of tennis programming. The swimming pools include lap lanes, shallow play areas toddler pools, and covered shade areas. There are also community meeting rooms and a variety of camps offered at the centers.
