LATE REGISTRATION
If you haven't registered by race day, you can still join the fun! While goodie bags and race t-shirts may not be available for those registering after the main deadline, late registration will be available at packet pickup on the Thursday before the race or at the race start on the day of the race. Race-day registration takes place at the registration table at the base of Montague Street in Westchase. Be sure to come early and beat the morning crowds because registration ends at 6 a.m. for the 10K and 7 a.m. for the 5K.
PACKET PICKUP
THURSDAY PICK UP: Packet pickup takes place on the Thursday before race day from 10 a.m to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Westchase Recreation Center. The rec center is located at 9791 Westchase Dr., Tampa, FL 33626. Please note that this is a different location than the race start.
WEDNESDAY GROUP PACKET PICKUP: Those wishing to pick up packets for multiple people must email the race director with a complete list of all runners no later than the Wednesday before race day. This email should include the first name, last name, and age of each participant, so packets can be pulled ahead of time. Once placed in a group, packets must be picked up as a group.
RACE-DAY PICK UP: Those unable to pick up packets on Thursday may pick up the packet on the morning of the race. Participants should arrive at the registration table no later than 6:00 a.m. for the 10K and 7:00 a.m. for the 5K to avoid problems with packet pick up.
